Appointment Details


Appointments are made via email, for this process to be quick and to provide you with a quote we require the following details;

  • Service request

    ( What you are wanting to book in for)

  • How long, thick your hair is & any previous colour history

  • Day & Time

  • Contact details.

Studio Lioness does not accept cash or amex, EFTPOS facilities are available.

Please allow 3 hours minimum for your appointment.




Make A Booking  



Please do not come to the Studio sick. Attending your appointment when you are sick directly exposes other clients and ourselves to any illness you may have; if you think you are getting sick or are sick, we ask you to please make us aware and reschedule your appointment we are more than happy to accommodate a time that suits you.Clients who arrive at their appointment unwell will be refused service and rescheduled for a later date.



We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.  To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Failure to give adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in a charge of 25% of the service cost which will need to be payed before the next visit. This also applies to drastic changes to your appointment. For example, if you're booked in to get a Colour Service & Haircut or Styling and change your mind to only get a haircut then that will be treated as a cancellation.

“No Shows” will be charged 50% of the service cost.
